Mr. G. Omotayo Gbede holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos where he graduated in 1986. He passed the qualifying examination of the Chartered Accounting of Nigeria in 1987 and was admitted membership in 1989. He had his professional training with Coopers & Lybrand (now price Waterhouse Coopers) between 1986-1989, before venturing into Corporate Finance and Consulting.

He was the Assistant Manager in Comet Finance and Securities Limited, AOF Consultants, Manager, City Union Finance and Securities Limited and Managing Diretor/CEO, First Acceptance Finance & Securities Limited, Position which he held till 1996 before going into full consultancy practice.

Mr. Gbede was admitted as a fellow of the Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in 1996.

In that year, he was admitted as a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing of Nigerian and a Council member of that Institute. He became the Deputy Vice President of the Chartered Institute in August 2002.

He is also an associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria as well as a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.

Mr. Gbede  is well grounded in Marketing, Motivation, Information  Technology, Consulting, System Business Process Desire, E-commerce, Merger/Acquisition Advisory Service, Accounting System Design and Corporate Finance.


“Ogbo Awoke Ogbo”, Corporate Speaker and Executive Coach, is an alumnus of the Enterprise Development Center (EDC), Pan African University.

Ogbo started his career as Surveyor (Remote Sensing) with Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC). From SPDC, he moved on to Chevron Nigeria (CNL) as the first Nigerian GIS Analyst, to support CNL’s exploration and production activities in the Niger Delta.

After six years with Chevron, Ogbo was re-engaged by Shell as GIS Specialist,  to oversee the design and implementation of GIS support for Shell’s deep water oil and gas investments (SNEPCO), including the multibillion dollar Olokola LNG project.

Years later, Ogbo resigned from Shell to set up a human capital consulting and executive coaching organization – Giantthoughts International – whose clients have included such multinationals as Multichoice and MTN, as well as LK & Associates, NNPC, Fidelity Bank, Access Bank, the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON), Anambra State Government, and many others.

More recently, Ogbo was engaged as one of the 6 Business Plan judges in the nationwide MTN Budding Entrepreneurs Business Plan Competition with Dr. Farrah Gray.

Ogbo hosts a weekly life coaching show, Healthy, Wealthy & Wise, watched internationally on cable across West Africa, on Silverbird Television (DSTV West Africa Channel 252). He has published four books: Financial Freedom for Every Youth (Foreword, Prof. Pat Utomi), Financial Freedom for Every Busy Professional (Foreword, Atedo N A Peterside, CON), Academic Success: Brain Power Guide for Every Student (Foreword, Ndidi Nwuneli, MFR) and If Married Men Shall Not Live By Bread Alone.”


Mr. Ayo Adekunle has a working experience of over twenty years which cuts across training and consulting. He had worked with a lot of prominent Consulting and Training Companies in the country. Prominent amongst which are; Bond Consulting and Tom Associates, where he rose to be the process Quality Manager.

Mr. Adekunle has trained all levels of staff and management in virtually every sector of the economy in the country. Some of which are; Nigerian Breweries Plc., Guinness Nigeria Plc., All the Banks, MTN, Airtel and Globalcom Nigeria Limited just to mention but few.


Mrs. Aladesuyi is an Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and she graduate of Accounting from University of Ilorin, Kwara State.

She has really been tested and always at home with financial matters, accountancy issues and audit services.

She worked and gained ample experience in Nigerian Tobaco Company Zaria, Adebowale & Co., Chartered Accountants, Oyawoye & Co., Chartered Accountants and SIAO also a Firm of Chartered Accountants.

Mrs. Aladesuyi is the Managing Partner, Onifade & Co., a Firm of Chartred Accountants of high repute.


Mr. Yesuf Moshood is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of The Chartered Institute Accountants of Nigeria and he holds a Bachelor Degree in Science. He is also a member of the prestigious body of Project Management Process.

He has over 20 years experience as a Banker and he worked with Afribank Plc. (now Mainstreet Bank) at various levels.

Mr. Moshood is now the Managing Consultant and Chief Executive Officer, TIM Project Limited.

Mr Adewunmi is a legal practitioner of over 18 years standing, He is an Associate Chartered Secretary,  Institute  of Chartered Secretary, Uk, Associate member of the Institute of Chartered mediators of Nigeria, Associate member, Institute of Arbitrators, Uk and a lecturer on Corporate Administration at the Institute of Chartered Secretary and Administration, Alausa, Lagos.

He obtained his first degree in Law (LL.B) from Ogun state University, now Olabisi Onabanjo University and then proceeded to the University of Lagos for his Masters Degree in law where he bagged his (LL.M)qualification.

He subsequently joined the services of Belbop Nigeria Limited, an indigenous oil and Gas company and a subsidiary of Conoil Producing limited  as a Legal Officer and rose to become the Head of legal.

He is currently the Legal Adviser of Sheganz Oil and Gas Limited, an indigenous oil and Gas Company.

He is also a lecturer at the Institute of Chartered Secretary and a resource person in the area of corporate Administration and has anchored several local and international training programs on Employer-employee relationship.


Mr. Muideen Adebayo Ibrahim is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ACIS), United Kingdom, and a former Council Member of the Nigerian Chapter of the Institute. He is also an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM). Not only that, he is an Alumnus and Federal Government Scholar of the Prestigious PAN African University, EDC Centre, Lagos.
