MUIDEEN ADEBAYO IBRAHIM, B’ED, ACIS, AMNIM: Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Muideen Adebayo Ibrahim is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ACIS), United Kingdom, and a former Council Member of the Nigerian Chapter of the Institute. He is also an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM). Not only that, he is an Alumnus and Federal Government Scholar of the Prestigious PAN African University, EDC Centre, Lagos.
Mr. Ibrahim has over 20 years of practice experience in various industries prominent amongst which are; Excel Distillers Limited as a Sales Executive, Chizeck Chemical Company Limited as the South West Regional Sales Manager and thereafter, he was privileged to act as External Company Secretary (by virtue of his Professional Qualification as a Chartered Secretary and Administrator) to so many Companies’ Boards in Nigeria when he had a stint with Messrs. Boke Nominees Limited, a Firm of Company Secretaries.
His last employment prior to joining Libra Consulting was with Lombard Insurance Company Limited (now NEM Insurance Plc.) as the Group Company Secretary/Registrar.
Mr. Ibrahim is a consummate entrepreneur, quintessential trainer, corporate governance expert and an astute Chartered Secretary & Administrator.
He is the CEO/ Faculty member of LIBRA CONSULTING.
G. OMOYATO GBEDE, FCA, FCIM, ACT: Chief Operating Officer
G. Omotayo Gbede holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos where he graduated in 1986. He passed the qualifying examination of the Chartered Accounting of Nigeria in 1987 and was admitted membership in 1989. He had his professional training with Coopers & Lybrand (now price Waterhouse Coopers) between 1986-1989, before venturing into Corporate Finance and Consulting.
He was the Assistant Manager in Comet Finance and Securities Limited, AOF Consultants, Manager, City Union Finance and Securities Limited and Managing Director/CEO, First Acceptance Finance & Securities Limited, Position which he held till 1996 before going into full consultancy practice.
Mr. Gbede was admitted as a fellow of the Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in 1996.
In that year, he was admitted as a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing of Nigerian and a Council member of that Institute. He became the Deputy Vice President of the Chartered Institute in August 2002.
He is also an associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria as well as a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
Mr. Gbede is well grounded in Marketing, Motivation, Information Technology, Consulting, System Business Process Desire, E-commerce, Merger/Acquisition Advisory Service, Accounting System Design and Corporate Finance.
MR. AYO ADEKUNLE, B.SC, MBA: Head, Training & Process Quality
Mr. Adekunle has a working experience of over twenty years which cuts across training and consulting.
He had worked with a lot of Prominent Consulting and Training Companies in the country, Prominent amongst which are; Bond Consulting and Tom Associates, where he rose to be the Process Quality Manager.
Mr. Adekunle has trained all levels of staff and management in virtually every Industry in this country. Some of which are; Nigerian Breweries Plc, Guinness Plc., All the Banks, MTN, celtel and Globacom just to mention but few.
KOLADE OLA BSC; Finance/Admin. Manager
Mr. Kolade Ola graduated from Lagos State University, Department of Accounting and he is a partly qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He has over thirteen (13) years of cognate experience. He worked with prominent organizations in Nigeria, some of which are; Obiora Okafor & Co. Chartered Accountants, Adegboye Odutola & Co, Chartered Accountants, Ana Industries Limited as an Accountant, Newgate Hospital Limited as an Accountant/Hospital Administrative Manager and at Oaks Kiddies Entertainment as Finance/ Administrative Manager.
OLABODE OLAWUSI, OND; HND (In-view) Marketing Executive
Mr. Olawusi had his Diploma in Banking and Finance from the Lagos State Polytechnic and he worked in the past with Procter and Gamble as well as Ayoff Engineering Services a marketer.
He is the Marketing Executive of the Company. His hobbies include; listening to news and watching football.
